Autism news: How to Cope With Panic Attacks

You may or may not have had to deal with panic attacks in your family. If you have not, that's wonderful! You can consider yourself blessed with one less set of crises to deal with.

But if panic attacks have been a problem in your family, you know that they can be horrific and terrifying, especially for the one who suffers from it.

I've recently posted another two-part article, this time focusing on how to reduce and possibly even eliminate a panic attack.
